It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Hayes of California, Pennsylvania, born in Clarksburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Frederick Lee Hayes of Barrackville, W. VA; and his brother-in-law John Richard Fleming of Home, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fairman Hayes; his daughters, Lynne Hayes Langley and Leigh M. Hayes; his grandsons, Phillip Hayes Langley and Michael Joseph Langley; his nieces and nephews, Mandi Hayes Kyle, Misti Hayes Assaley, Mekell Hayes Golden, Glenda Fleming Cribbs, Michelle Fairman Garlow, Amy Fairman, Mark Fleming, Scott Fleming and Bradley Fairman; and his brother-in-law Donnel R. Fairman.
