It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Kelshian (California, Pennsylvania), born in Granville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Santo and Wanda Santo (Molish); and her brothers, John Santo and Robert Kelshian. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Pete Plutch of East Millsboro, PA; her siblings, Dorothy DeAngelo of Denbo Heights, PA and George; her sister-in-law Olga Santo of Granville, PA.; and her great grandchild Brixton Plutch.
