With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Kay Tarr of California, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry "Ed' and Luella Beightol Ross. She is survived by: her children, Mark Tarr (Samantha), Michael Scott Tarr (Elyssa Lipinsky) of Franklin, Doretta Tarr of Sharon and Amy Tarr (Patty) of Franklin; and her sister Karen Ross of Franklin. She is also survived by several grandbabies and great grandbabies, nieces and nephews.
The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
Memorial donations may be made to The Blind Association or Team Dakota Strong.
