She was predeceased by: her husband Paul N. Shindle; her parents, Harry A. Gamble and Pearl H. Gamble (Erdman); her siblings, Harry, George, John Gamble, Anita Daubert, Charlotte "Dolly" Stum, Margarette Gamble and Mary Catherine Gamble; her son-in-law Philip R Schaak; and her grandson Cory Russel Schaak.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Shindle of Lewisberry, PA, Paula E. Shaak of Lebanon, PA and Pamela Gilbert of Seaford, DE; and her sister Ruth Morris of Hermitage, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
