She was predeceased by: her parents, Othar G. Smith and Martha Moon Smith; her great grandchildren, Aria Grace and Braxton Allen; and her brother Eldon Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Cook (Laurie Walsh), Farrin Barbato (Michael), Bruce Cook (Shelly), Marlene Winstanley (Ben) and Cindy Ausland (Jon); her grandchildren, Felicia, Danielle, Seth, Eddie, Zachary, Dale and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Elliana, Pearl and Penelope; and her brothers, Elbert and Walter Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
