She is survived by: her daughter Helen L. Towles; her sister-in-law Ida Mae Kinney Mickens; and her grandchildren, Seldon A. Towles, Jr., Felicia H. Towles, Nancy V. Towles, Eric F. Towles (Stephanie) and Clinton D. Towles (Amy). She is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and 13 great-grandchildren, 21 great-great-grandchildren.
