He is survived by: his parents, Fou Yam and Chhor Chao; his wife Jessica Yam; his children, Lindsey, Kaylee and Lilly; and his siblings, Warren Yam, Say Yam, Lang Yen, Chan Yam and Cindy Yam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Lamb Funeral Home Inc. (101 Byberry Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006). A burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (2556 Susquehanna Rd, Roslyn, PA 19001).
