Buletza of California, PA and Carrie M. Buletza (Bernard Charnovich) of Blainesburg, PA; her sister Constance; her brother-in-law Benjamin Foster of Groveport, OH.; her grandchildren, Lauren Thomas (Douglas) and Bailee Cuthbertson; and her niece Lisa Alcorn.
