He is survived by: his wife Martha (Henderson); his children, Rachel Osife (Frank) of Johnsonburg, Rochelle Thompson (Robert) of Johnsonburg, Paul Hale (Sandra) of Johnsonburg, Darian Curtis of Vancouver, WA, Anthony Curtis of Ridgway and Kenneth Curtis of Johnsonburg; and his sister Dionne Orner (Russell) of Emporium. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
