With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen B. Allen of California, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David C Allen; and her parents, Carrie and Charlie. She is survived by: her grandson David C. Allen II; and her sister Marilyn Reina. She is also survived by her grandchildren; great grandchildren.
