(Slezak) Barrett of California, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 42, on October 12, 2020. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Elmer and Vernice Slezak; and her stepgrandparents, Alice Nord, Stan and Rose Nasiatka.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Slezak (Connie) of Jessup, MD and Beverly Nord (Flannigan) of Saltsburg; her children, James Barrett Jr. and Amya Barrett; the father of her children James Barrett Sr. of Loyalhanna Township; and her grandparents, Patrick Flannigan of Hagerstown, MD and Nancy Flannigan of Scottdale, PA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to state mandates regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the visitation will be limited to 20% funeral home capacity at a time. Please wear a mask and respect social distancing.
