He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Monteforte and Josephine Monteforte (Curcio); his wife Theresa Yurcho of West Wyoming; and his siblings, Joseph Monteforte, Richard Monteforte and Julia DiStefano (Monteforte).
He is survived by: his brother Clothiers; his son Fred, Jr.; his brother Leo; and his sister-in-law Marcella Monteforte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
