We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 77, Frances J. Miller of California, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Byham and Helen L. Byham (Blair); and her siblings, James Byham and Barbara Jamison. She is survived by: her husband James D. Miller; her pet Dinkus; her son Paul C. Letta (Denise) of Yorktown, VA; her grandchildren, Joshua and Cassie Letta; her stepchildren, Justine D. Cashdollar (Troy) and Jason Miller; her stepgrandson Jacob Miller (Sylvia); her brother Richard Byham (Pilar); her stepdaughter Deborah Sharpe; her children, Ken Sharpe and Jennifer Sharpe-Kennedy; and also, May, Justin Miller and Jeremy Miller.
