He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Creasia (Bufalo) and Dominic Creasia. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Joan L. Creasia (LaBelle); his great grandchild Karen Creasia Yarrish (Paul) of Hummelstown, PA; his grandchildren, Tracey Creasia Hohenschutz of Mechanicsburg, PA, Christina Yarrish Del Vecchio (Michael), Michael Yarrish (Allie) and Cameron Hohenschutz (Maggie); his son Max (Christopher Hohenschutz); and his siblings, Joyce DeCapua of Milford, MA and Thomas Creasia (John Hohenschutz) of Bellingham, MA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
