He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cabe Powell and Elizabeth McGinnis Powell; his wife Catherine Powell; his grandson Edmond T. Weckoski; and his brothers, Todd McLaughlin, Guy Powell, Cabe Powell, Jerry Powell and George Powell.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Ed Weckoski of Charleroi; his sister Sophia Hotz of California; and his grandson Joseph Weckoski of Indiana.
