He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Spitek and Anne Spitek. He is survived by: his son Anthony D. Spitek (Melinda); his grandson Michael (Yvonne); his great grandchild Cait Spitek; his son Colby; his nephew Edward Spitek (Joanne); and his nieces, Michelle Shields and Eileen Linn (family: Nancy Malacane, Patricia Kenny). He is also survived by caregivers plus their daughters.
