He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Williams and Virginia Williams (Kissell); and his brother Donald G. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carol Williams (Soboleski); his children, Allan Williams, Jr. and Janine Shelatz (Brooke Reese); his grandchildren, Cross and Creed Shelatz; his stepgrandsons, Troy and Alec Reese; his brothers, James Williams (Brenda), Clark Williams (Cindy) and Matthew Williams (Kathy); his stepbrother Randall Williams; and his pet Panda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
