It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack George Oaks of Cairnbrook, Pennsylvania, born in Hooversville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Cletus "Bucky" Ross; his children, JoAnn Oaks and Jack Oaks; and his siblings, Betty Jane Oaks, JoAnn Matse, Billie Sue Zapotosky, Terry and Robert Oaks.

He is survived by: his children, Tracy Oaks Rios and Edward Oaks Sr. (Jessie Magin); his grandchildren, Edward Oaks Jr. (Rachel), Hope Garlena (Chad), Jake, Cru Boog, Daniel Rios, Jack Oaks and Sean Oaks; and his great grandchildren, Carolina Garlena, Willow and Weston Oaks. He is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
