He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neumann and Thelma Neumann; his former wife Nancy; his wife Mary; and his brother-in-law Mark Beck.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Shaffer (Tim); his grandchildren, Pheonix, TJ, Bobby and David Shaffer; and his stepson Greg Dunn.
