She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Warnick and Margaret Moser Warnick; her husband Howard E. Smay; her grandson Christopher Smay; and her siblings, Howard Warnick, Jack Warnick and Helen Cypher.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Leroy Smay (Kay) of Milford, OH, Gary Smay (Joyce) of Butler and Elaine Mullineaux (Bill) of Lancaster, PA; and her grandchildren, Scott Smay, Heather Fudala, Michelle Shene, Eric Smay, Lauren Tanji and Cathy Robbins. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
