He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Kulikowski (Gadzinski) and Adam Kulikowski; his daughter Beth Ann Kulikowski; his grandsons, Christopher Shipe and David Shipe; and his siblings, Dorothy Buban (Elmer), Florence Guszynski (Robert), Norm Kulikowski and Leonard Kulikowski (Lola).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Carol Kulikowski), Nancy (Peter Shipe) and Eric (Victoria Kulikowski); his grandchildren, Laura Pollock (Christopher), Julie Kulikowski, Daniel Kulikowski (Olivia Jackson), Peter J Shipe and Katherine Shipe; his sister Donna Kiste; his sister-in-law Dolores Kulikowski; and his friend Shirley Fascetti.
