It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Spreng of Cabot, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harry C. Spreng; and his sister Lynn Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Florence Krotec Spreng; his siblings, Jeff Spreng (Lea), Harry Spreng (Judy), Karen Friend (Roger) and Lisa Sullivan; and his friend Marcie Chittester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
