It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin S. Hoak Jr. of Cabot, Pennsylvania, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin S. Hoak, Sr. and Nora Mae Grunden Hoak; and his brothers, Wayne, Alan and Terry Hoak.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoak (Cornetti); his children, Melvin Todd Hoak of Lancaster, Lisa Harvey (Shawn Lamotte) of Butler and Sonya Hassler (Allen) of Cabot; and his grandchildren, Amanda Rossi (Nick) and Zachary Hassler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Faith Fellowship Alliance Church, 200 Faith Way, Butler PA 16001.
