Martin (Fred) of Butler; her brother Donald Forcht (Donna) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Parker (Jeremy), Edward Martin and Patrick Martin (Lauren). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
