She was predeceased by: her parents, James Umbaugh and Marie Burns Umbaugh; her husband Melvin Evans; and her siblings, Leroy, John Umbaugh and Linda Bish.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Sunday (Christopher) of Cabot, Martha Evans (late Timothy Dickey) of Natrona Heights and Steven Evans (Chasity) of Hyde Park; and her sisters, Dorothy Rutheford of Pueblo West, CO and Tammy Lee of New Kensington. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
