She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schmeider, Sr. and Dorothy Irene Edwards Schmeider; and her siblings, Ruthann Kammerer and John Schmeider. She is survived by: her husband Dennis C. Shelton; her children, Dena Shelton (Mike Gallagher) of Cabot and Robert Shelton of Cabot; her grandchildren, Jenna, Samantha and Abby; and her siblings, Paul Schmeider, Jr. (Alice) of Cabot, Doris McKinney of Cabot and Ray Schmeider (Pat) of Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
