He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. McMillen and Ida McMillen (Altman); his wife Mary Ellen McMillen (Criley); his sons, John, Jr., Bradley, Randel and Curtis; and his siblings, George, Norman, Ralph, Paul, Eleanor Ferne, Ina Jane Campbell and Ruth Miklaus.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory McMillen and Michele McMillen; and his sister Della Mae Melton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
