He was predeceased by: his stepfather Sammy Hoover (Mary); his siblings, Neil (Forry) and Marilyn Vollmer; and his parents-in-law, Everett and Mildred Artman.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian (Artman); his brother Dutch; his sister-in-law Leona (Onie); his daughters, Cindy Weltner (Mike) of Natrona Heights and Mindy Williams (Frank); his grandchildren, Joe Weltner (Ricki), Susan Lovgren (Chris), Justin Beck, Chelsea Kolish, Luke, Amanda and Crystal Williams; his great grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Sierra Shearer, Bryce and Garrett Lovgren; and his siblings, Darl Beer (Dutch), Don, Jerry Beer, Charlotte Gruber, Nancy Kolek, Doris Doerr, Joyce Bastin, Pam Goldstrom and Barbara Beer.
