She was predeceased by: her husband David Ezatoff; her son David Ezatoff; her daughter-in-law Debbie Ezatoff; her brother Alfred Shoaf (Butch); her mother Pauline Shoaf; and her stepfather Alfred Shoaf.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Ezatoff-Baker (Ken), Lori Davis (Tom), Valerie McAleavey (Jim), Pam Johnston and Mark Ezatoff (Becky).
