He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Clover McLafferty and Mary Ethel Bauldoff McLafferty; his brothers, James McLafferty and Edward McLafferty (Carmella); and his brother-in-law George Tirk.
He is survived by: his wife Helen McLafferty (Mochel); his sons, Patrick McLafferty (Sheila) of Acme, Mark McLafferty (Susan) of Worthington and Jeffrey McLafferty (Kathy) of Lower Burrell; his siblings, George McLafferty (Nancy) of Saxonburg and Mary Tirk of Butler; his sister-in-law Helen J. McLafferty of Saxonburg; and his grandchildren, Sarah Winders (Travis), Megan, Stephane, Erin, Austen, Matthew and Kara McLafferty. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
