He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick C. Fritch, Sr. and Helen Hughes Fritch; his sister Sara F. Dolmayer; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Shick and Michael Dolmayer; and his son-in-law Russ Hoover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Wells of Erie, Cheryl Hoover of Erie, Carmel Loucks (Robert Tinney) of Conneaut, OH, Carla Fritch of Sarver and Loren Rimmel (William) of Ford City; his sisters, Phyllis Shick of Cabot and Beverly Doerr (Jack) of Sarver; his grandchildren, Amanda Wells (Robert Taylor), Megan Wells, Jeremy Hoover, Daniel Hoover, Chelsea Loucks, Carson Fritch, Ashley, Katelyn, Bethany and William, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Devin Wells and Olivia Stonewall; and his son-in-law Joe Loucks of Edinboro.
