She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hazlett, Holland and Kevin Hazlett (Danielle) of Marmora, NJ; her grandsons, Adam M. and Andrew L. Hazlett; and her brothers, Donald Black of Apollo and David Black (Ann) of Millville.
