He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve J. Mikolas and Mary C. Mikolas (Tabacheck); his wife Georgina H. Mikolas; and his sister Frances Mikolas. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kenneth Mikolas (Victoria), Diane Bragiel (Ernest) and Kathleen Goldscheitter (Thomas); his grandchildren, Gary J. Patz (Kellie), Brandy Molloy, Alex Mikolas, Emily Goldscheitter, Sarah Goldscheitter, Dr. Andrea Bragiel (Shawn Milloway) and Stephanie Bragiel; his great grandchildren, Carson Molloy and Sawyer Goldscheitter; and his brother Robert Mikolas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
