She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence H. McCollim and Maude E. McCollim (Shomo); her former husband Joseph L. Frantz; her husband Clair L. Wells; her daughter Karen Jo Bonner; and her siblings, W. Franklin McCollim, Hazel I. Silvis, Mary E. Gilhousen and Garnet A. Howard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Kaye Crownover of Lower Burrell and Patricia S. Throckmorton (Robert) of Ford City; and her grandchildren, Pamela S. Varney, Melissa J. Richard (Fran), Christopher S. Throckmorton and Lauren A. Noullet (Christopher). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
