She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Umbaugh and Violet Kane Umbaugh; her husband Jerry Bassett; her brothers, Richard Umbaugh, Leroy Umbaugh and Theodore Umbaugh; and her granddaughter Ashley Marshalek.
She is survived by: her daughter Sally Marshalek of Sarver, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica Marshalek of Sarver and Matthew Kerchensky (Debbie) of Vandergrift; her brother Allen Umbaugh of Avonmore, PA; and her great grandchild Chad Kerchensky.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Community Church (856 Benshoff Hill Rd, Johnstown, PA 15906).
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Pleasant Hill Community Church, or Camp Harmony 1414 Plank Rd, Hooversville, PA 15936.
