He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Black, Sr. and Leota Wonderly Black; and his wife Cleora "Cleo" Eleanor Bacher Black. He is survived by: his children, Donald "Rick" Black (Marguerite) and Sherrie Black; and his grandchildren, Marcie Stoops, Joshua Black (Rebecca), Tiffanie Hans (Brian), Lyndsey Smith (Jason) and Kylie Salkeld (Chris). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to North Butler Presbyterian Church, 137 N. Butler Rd., Chicora, PA 16025.
