He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Franke and Ruth Cypher Franke. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Franke; his daughter Victoria Clark of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandsons, Colton and Mason; and his sister Judy Franke of Saxonburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and brother and sister in laws.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. (410 W Main St, Saxonburg, PA 16056). The military honors will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
