He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ezatoff and Catherine Roginski Ezatoff; his son David Ezatoff; his daughter-in-law Debie Ezatoff; and his siblings, Paul, William, Walter Ezatoff, Terrie Zielinski, Victoria Scopel and Edith Carden.
He is survived by: his wife Helen F. Ezatoff (Shoaf); and his children, Pauline Ezatoff (Ken Baker) of New Kensington, Loretta Davis (Tom) of Las Vegas, Mark Ezatoff of Lakeland and Valerie McAleavey (Jim) of Allegheny Township.
