She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Bacher and Cora Bowers Bacher. She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Black; and her children, Donald "Rick" Black and Sherrie Black. She is also survived by her husband, son, and daughter, Cleo is survived by five grandchildren and their spouses, eleven great-grandchildren, three sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
