He is survived by: his wife Arlene Polena (Rearick); his children, Cheryl Grossi (John) of Cabot and Michael J. Polena (Jayme) of Sarver; his siblings, Paul Terek (Christina) of Allison Park, Martin Terek (Rosa) of South Dakota and Dolores Terek of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Geoffrey W. Miller, Jr. (Tracey), Shelbee L. Polena, Victory J. Michalski, Kaylee M. Polena and Nash A. Michalski; and his great grandchildren, Adalyn A. Miller and Clara D. Miller.
