He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kotch and Helen Chesnalavage Kotch. He is survived by: his wife Carol Zola; his daughters, Dr. Lisa Kotch-Evans (Scott) and Jacqueline Kotch (Richard Lacomis); his grandchildren, Olivia, Declan, Alyson and Colin; and his pets, Nala and Thor.
