He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rice and Mary Rice (Gallagher); his stepdaughter Tracy Hartman (Dan) of Butler; his granddaughter Saxon Hartman of Butler; and his close friends, Craig Hughes and Elizabeth Ragan.
