He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Blazer Baney and William Hedges Baney. He is survived by: his wife Karrie; his sons, William Parker (Katelynn) and John Jacob; his siblings, David (Joyce) of Apollo and Joann of Shadyside; his nephews, Paul (Paul), William and Joseph; and his niece Bethany.
