With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Joseph Malloy of Butler, Pennsylvania, born in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Malloy and Josephine Malloy (James); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Theresa Thimons; his siblings, Irene Kash (Paul), Jim Malloy (Anna Marie), Connie Malloy and William'Bridges'Outerbridge; and his son-in-law Scott Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Malloy (Thimons); his children, Jeanean Malloy, William Malloy (Rita), Terry Smith, Maria Malloy, Scott Malloy, Joseph Malloy (Anne), Rita Rice (Chris), Catherine Swope (Jason), Jeannie Gilkey (Jerry), Anthony Malloy (Colleen) and Elizabeth Monaco (Chris); his siblings, Rita Marvin (Gary), Cathy Malloy, Ed Malloy and Cathie Outerbridge; and his grandchildren, Theresa, Geno, Jamie, Natalie, Jessica, James, Ryan, Katie, Jerrah, Conner, Allie, Brady, Derek, Julia, Anthony, Amanda, Victoria, Sean, Dylan, Josie, Nina, Mara, Colin, Tatum, Maddie, Nathan, Mya, Ella, Finley, Harper, Samantha, Lincoln, Cecelia, Jack, Lily and Brody. He is also survived by his 10 great-grandchildren.
