He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Evelyn June Hoffman Burns; and his brothers, Henry Burns and Charles Burns. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bopp Burns; his son Joshua Burns (Lindy) of Sewickley; his grandchildren, Henry Todd Burns and Libby Leeann Burns; and his siblings, Robert Burns (Linda) of Tennessee, Richard Burns (Cindy) of Portersville, Julie Rebel (John) of Beaver Falls, Bonnie Dyke (Mitch) of Ohio and Jean Haas (Robin) of New Castle. He is also survived by nieces and nieces.
