We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 89, Virginia Neubert of Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Simmons and Mildred E. Bauman Simmons; her husband Kenneth E. Neubert; and her siblings, Marion Andrews, Vernon Simmons and Wilmer Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Woodford (David) of Kensington, OH; her siblings, Dale Simmons (Nancy) of Butler, Irene Ambrose of Ford City, William Simmons of Chicora and Shirley Harrison (Bob) of Winchester, VA; and her granddaughter Myka Woodford.
