He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve Pearl Hutchison Ritzert. He is survived by: his father Vincent P. Ritzert; his wife Elaine M. Noullet Ritzert; and his siblings, Dennis J. Ritzert (Patricia) of Chicora and Kathleen M. Ritzert (Kim Litton) of Cranberry Township. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial donations to Saint Clare of Assisi Parish, 864 Chicora Road, Chicora, PA 16025.
