He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Tori" Larkey Manuel; his siblings, Terry Manuel (Margie) of Ambridge, Cindy Reddick (John) of Butler and Gary Manuel (Jen) of Rapid City, S. D.; his parents-in-law, Gary Larkey (Jane) of Indiana and Judy Larkey of Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Craig Larkey of Indiana, Bridget Larkey of Indiana, Sara Mitchell (Mike) of Indiana and Nicole Larkey Spreen (Clint) of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (429 Center Ave, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
