He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Goeppner and Leona Goeppner (Shera); his son Thomas L. Goeppner, Jr. of Butler; and his brothers, Raymond L. Goeppner and Phillip W. Goeppner.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert R. Goeppner (Bobbijo) of Butler and Geoffrey A. Goeppner of Butler; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Dubyak, Andy Dubyak, Stacey File and Kim Goeppner.
In lieu of flowers, the family desires that donations in his honor be made to Katie's Kitchen, St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 201 West Jefferson Street, Butler, PA 16001.
