She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Blystone and Deanna Blystone; her brother Dalton Blystone (Kayla Jack); her grandmother Patricia Casselberry; her uncle Patrick; and her aunt Kristen Casselberry. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
